Getting advice

As part of a new pilot, two dedicated advisers will deal with all advice queries from voluntary, community and statutory agencies.  Once an agency makes contact with us, we promise to get back to you by 17.00 the next working day to offer you advice and assistance with your client's housing problem.  Simply call us between 09.30 and 17.00 on 028 9024 5640 and leave your details with our receptionist.

Becoming a member

Voluntary and community agencies who choose to become members of Housing Rights Service will receive a free copy of our Housing Advice Manual and considerable discounts on the cost of our award winning training courses.

Private agencies

As a tenant based organisation, we do not offer ongoing advice to private agencies, such as estate agents, landlords and solicitors unless the agency becomes a member of Housing Rights Service. Members are also entitled to considerable discounts on the costs of our legal information publications and training courses.
