Types of publications

Housing Rights Manual

The Manual is a unique resource that provides detailed information on housing legislation, policy and practice in Northern Ireland.  It also gives practical advice and tips for practitioners and covers subjects such as Homelessness, the Private Rented Sector, Home Improvement Grants, Housing Debt and legal remedies.  It is regularly updated to incorporate the latest changes to housing law in Northern Ireland. Housing Rights Service Guides

Housing Rights Guides provide in depth information on key housing issues, including new legislation.  Although dealing with complex areas of law, they are designed to be easy to follow and aimed at a range of housing practitioners.
