feedback scheme

Housing Rights Service is committed to providing appropriate and effective services. This scheme aims to promote accountability by introducing a formal mechanism through which individuals and agencies can offer feedback on the organisation and the services we provide.

Overview of the scheme

Feedback may be a comment, suggestion or complaint about any aspect of Housing Rights Service or the services it provides. Please do not use it to ask for housing advice, you must fill in our email advice form instead.

Objective of this scheme

The objectives of this scheme are to:

  • deal with comments, suggestions or complaints quickly and fairly.
  • treat all information given to us in confidence.
  • acknowledge when something has gone wrong.
  • use feedback to review and improve the provision of our services.

What should I do if I am still not satisfied?
