You can telephone the advice line on 028 9024 5640 or call in to see the duty adviser between 9.30am - 1.30pm - Monday to Friday

If you have a housing problem outside our opening hours you can contact Shelter's free help line on- 0808 800 4444 between 8am and midnight seven days a week.
