We are committed to working with agencies to enhance the provision of quality advice on housing issues. We do this in a number of ways:

One off advice

Housing law, policy and practice in Northern Ireland changes regularly.  If your client has a specialist housing issue that you require assistance with you can get in touch with one of our specialist advisers.  They will provide the information and advice you need to ensure the best possible outcome for your client.

Referrals

One off advice may not always be enough and some complex cases may require us to provide you with ongoing specialist support and representation.

Dealing with referrals

What you can expect from us

• We will arrange to see your client within 5 working days of the referral.
• We will update you on the case every 28 days.
• We will acknowledge your role in any publicity that arises from the case.
