We felt it was important to measure the impact the Initiative was having.  A piece of research was commissioned, measuring the effectiveness of the first 6 months of our Court Representation Service. The findings showed the emergence of a new client profile, in addition to those people who would traditionally have been seen as vulnerable to debt problems.
