Achieving our mission

Measuring our effectiveness

It's essential that we measure how well we are performing against our agreed standards.  There are a number of ways in which we measure our performance and explain to our clients and funders what steps we are taking to ensure continual improvement.  See how we've been doing here.

Ensuring lasting change

In addition to the case by case work that we do; sustaining tenancies and securing positive resolutions for our clients, our proactive policy team uses the experiences of our clients to lobby for wide reaching and long term changes to housing legislation, policy and practice.  Read more about our policy work here.

Corporate Social Responsibility
