Customer Journey Maps We regularly survey our service users to find out if they are satisfied with the standard of service they have received. We then publish customer journey maps which track and describe the experiences of our clients as they use our service. Agency satisfaction level Many other voluntary and statutory agencies turn to Housing Rights Service for housing advice. We regularly survey these agencies to establish their level of satisfaction with the service provided and to offer other agencies the opportunity to make suggestions for improvement.
