If you work in a voluntary or community organisation and your work brings you into contact with clients with mortgage or rent arrears, you could be eligible for a FREE place on this course

Many clients experiencing financial difficulties may struggle to meet their mortgage or rental payments and could, therefore, be at risk of losing their homes.  This intermediate level course is designed to equip advisers with the skills and knowledge to assist clients act proactively when at risk of losing their home.


In particular this 2 day course will include:

• Negotiation tactics to enable a client to remain in the home
• Dealing with mortgage arrears, including pre action protocols
• Dealing with rent arrears
• Court action and court orders
• Rehousing options for clients
