Housing Rights - when everyone has a home

Housing Rights works to improve lives by tackling homelessness and housing problems in Northern Ireland. Last year, Housing Rights helped people in Northern Ireland with over 41,000 housing issues.

How housing points work in Northern Ireland

People can get confused by the points system.  This video, produced with funding from the NI Housing Executive as part of our housingadviceNI project, explains the types of situations that can attract points.  It's not always possible to get enough points to secure an offer of social housing.  Applicants whose points aren't high enough for an offer should get advice on their other housing options.
