This course provides an introduction to the housing element of Universal Credit. It will help you advise clients on the changes from the Housing Benefit legacy system.

It also looks at the upcoming implementation of the ‘Move to Universal Credit’ and will update attendees with any information available to support clients who will be moving from legacy benefits before December 2024.
