Over the past two years the Northern Ireland Housing Executive has started to implement several changes to the Housing Selection Scheme, under the Fundamental Review of Allocations, completed by the Department for Communities in 2017

We developed this course to inform on the ongoing changes, including the recent removal of Intimidation points, and explain how this will impact on how you can support your client with the assessment process.
