The forum is an opportunity to Housing Rights members to meet and discuss developments in housing. It is also an opportunity for members to discuss common issues impacting clients with each other and Housing Rights’ advice team.
The Housing Advice Practitioners' Forum is a free forum for our members and those working in housing advice to attend.
What we will cover
- Northern Ireland Housing Executive are joining the Forum to talk to us about how they can support people who are victims of hate crimes. There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.
- Our policy lead, Stephen Morrison, will give us an update on the removal of intimidation points and potential changes to the Selection Scheme
- Our solicitor, Jill Downing, is attending the Forum to explain how the law protects us from housing discrimination and how we can support people who might experience it.
