The forum is an opportunity to Housing Rights members to meet and discuss developments in housing. It is also an opportunity for members to discuss common issues impacting clients with each other and Housing Rights’ advice team.
The Housing Advice Practitioners' Forum is a free forum for our members and those working in housing advice to attend.
What we will cover
- Vicar’s Relief Fund: We are delighted to welcome Nick Stevens from St Martin in the Fields to talk to us about the Vicar’s Relief Fund. He’ll explain how the relief fund works to help people access accommodation.
- Fundamental Review of Allocations Group 4: Our Policy Lead, Stephen Morrison, will take us through changes that will come into place during the rollout of Group 4 of the Fundamental Review of Allocations.
- Succession rights in social housing: Faith Westwood, our Practitioner Support Officer, will facilitate a learning session on succession rights when a social tenant passes away.
