Our Landlord Advice helpline helps landlords understand their legal responsibilities. It promotes good practice in the private rented sector. Private landlords and estate agents can use the service.

You can also get in touch if you're thinking of becoming a landlord and have questions about how to get started.  Our 'for landlords' section on this site has practical information for landlords.

Our landlord advisers are available from Monday to Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm.
